Student Market Palace is available for student to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. By registering, you confirm that you are affiliated with UMT. Non-affiliated users can also buy or sell.
You may only list items that you legally own and are permitted to sell. Acceptable categories include academic textbooks, electronics, stationery, furniture, clothing, and sports equipment. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled substances, pirated software or media, and any item whose sale violates Pakistani law or UMT policy.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and condition ratings. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed immediately and the account will be suspended. Buyers should verify the item in person before completing any transaction.
Student Market Palace is a listing platform only — we do not process payments or hold funds. All transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting on campus in a public place and inspecting the item before paying. We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions.
Always meet in a public, well-lit area on or near the UMT campus. Bring a friend when dealing with expensive items. Never transfer money in advance without seeing and testing the item. If you suspect fraud or unsafe behaviour, report it immediately to our helpline at +92 307 9193634.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at arslanbrall@gmail.com. Accounts found to be engaged in harassment, spam, or fraud will be permanently banned.
